Not just an ordinary day at the park!

Could you imagine? Christy took all the girls to the park by herself. God has truly blessed her with patience. If I had trips, I would never leave the house alone. By the way check out the beads Shopie is wearing and a guy still asked if she was a boy?
How sad, I was too busy taking pictures of the Dean girls I didn't even get a picture of Trent.
Luke is so happy! He loves getting out of the house and getting dirty!

Ok so we were supposed to meet everyone at the park at nine am. Trent didn't wake up til nine. So we were late like always. We did arive at 9:30 which I thought was pretty good! So, we are all playing having a good time when a lady from no where came running up saying that the school next to the park we were playing at was on "lock down" and she didn't think it was safe to be at the park. Like crazy moms we started to scatter, grabbing kids, diaper bags, coffee, toys etc. Trying to get all the kids in the cars as fast as possible and all our junk and try not to forget anything. It was a rush! But after we all got in the cars and had a moment to think about things, we figured if the situation was really that bad a cop probably would have come to the park to made sure we were all ok. I'm sure the schools probably have to by law go on lock down if there is action going on around the school. It turns out a crasy guy who lives next to the school got arrested. We were back home by 10:30! Sweet day at the park.

LOL why do crazy people have to ruin a good day? Don't they know how much work it takes just to schedule a play date, make sure everyone can go, get kids dressed, ready, fed & out the door...better late then never! Hopefully next time it will be long & enjoyable!
